A bunch of random pictures

I am doing a blog blitz or a marathon or whatever one might want to call it. I have finally dumped the pictures off of our camera onto the new computer and although we have not yet put on a program to fix the red eyes I am forging ahead in-spite of it. The kids are miraculously sleeping at the same time this afternoon and instead of taking a nap or cleaning the house I really want to share some pictures of my beautiful family.

Anna and Logan May 9, 2010
Daddy and Logan May 2, 2010
Anna wearing mommy's hat and helping us build the fence for the bee enclosure April 16th. As you can tell these pictures are in no particular order, just how the struck my fancy.
We buy a new rope and of course Daddy has to tie Anna up. Of course Anna loves it and asks Daddy to do it again and again.
Look how long he is. The next two were taken May 16, 2010.
Mommy and Logan.
This was taken at the museum May 14th and cousin Emma was kind enough to pedal Anna around but I thought this picture was so funny because I was trying to take a picture and Anna was telling Emma to turn around and go through the "car wash." She wasn't too interested in getting her picture taken.
June 12, 2010. Anna and Logan chilling on the blanket mommy and aunt Bennett made for Logan.

Okay, there you have it a bunch of random pictures of very wonderful children--and others. I feel better now for getting those out there and will try to be more organized in my next postings.

Worms are wiggly

We have had one worm box for a couple years now and Brian recently made another box and ordered more worms. Anna loves the worms and says, "worms tickle my hand." She saves her banana peel to "feed the worms."

Logan Brian Blessing

Here are a few pictures from Logan's blessing day. Thanks to all those who came and supported us. We sure love our family!

Grass at last

May 3, 2010 we planted grass seed in our back yard. Then we layered straw over it to keep the birds and rabbits from eating it and to keep down weeds.

Here is Anna helping to spread the straw. She loved throwing it in the air.
Here is just the dirt after we tilled, raked, and took a thousand rocks out of it. Thanks Bennett for your help!
Daddy and Anna spreading straw over the seed.
Anna liked to crawl on top of the straw all by herself and then would call out for someone to help her down. Then she would crawl up again. Just a note behind the tree you can see the bee enclosure. We put a fence around the beehives and I think it looks good.
Here it is June 2, 2010 looking pretty good.
And here it is a few days ago. Not such a flattering picture of me but it was the only one I have of the grass looking lush so I am sacrificing.

Anna is two take two

These pictures are from a little Roberts family get together. It took place before Logan was born. If you noticed Logan's feet in the previous posting you will deduce that those were from after Logan was born. Anna pretty much had lots of birthday fun. We sure love her.

Anna is two

I looked back through the blog and realized I never posted pictures of Anna celebrating 2 years of age. She turned 2 on March 26, 2010. The following are of Anna and her yummy picnic set. Thanks Grammy and Grandpa Smith!

Happy Family

I know I am a slacker but here are some pictures from the last few months. We are doing well. It has been an interesting adjustment but we are getting there. I have decided I will write more on the blog and not just wait until I transfer pictures from my camera (or in the case of these pictures get them from my sister). Of course now that I am saying that I do not have time to write at this moment so I will just post the pictures and try to write tomorrow.
